IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law Alumni Association

The IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law Alumni Association is comprised of more than 8,600 alumni living throughout the United States. The Alumni Association strives to build stronger ties between alumni, students and faculty of the law school by bringing them together for a variety of educational, social, and professional activities each year. Among the programs sponsored by the Alumni Association are:

• Law Reunion Weekend: More than 250 people attend this special event each year. Distinguished Alumni Service Award recipients are honored and CLE is provided to alumni. Classes reunite to reminisce about their time at the School.
• Maennerchor Celebration: An event for alumni who attended law school classes in the Maennerchor building
• Law Alumni Scholars: The Alumni Association has a long-standing tradition of recognizing high-achieving students. Each year, the Alumni Association awards more than $16,000 in scholarships to deserving law students.
• Alumni Outreach Activities: Alumni around the country have an opportunity each year to participate in a number of alumni receptions and luncheons. These activities take place during annual meetings of the ABA and ISBA, or in selected cities in Indiana.
