IUOAA Board of Directors Annual Meeting

Minutes
Dr. Jason Bunch, President of IUOAA, opened the meeting.
The minutes were approved from the 2007 Annual Meeting.
Karen Jones gave the Treasurer’s Report. It was approved.
A discussion was held regarding combing with IAO for the 2009 Conference. Everyone in attendance said they like the idea and it should be continued.
The AAO Meeting will be in Boston. IUOAA has booked a 2 day suite at the Boston Waterfront Hotel (Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2). An invitation with suite times will be mailed in late March. The board encourages all alumni attending the conference to stop by the suite. There will be special entertainment on Saturday evening.
The election of officers was held. Our new president is Dr. Kara Smith. If anyone is interested in serving on the board, please let a board member know.
