On May 10, 2009, two IUPUI Commencement ceremonies were held in Halls A-B-C of the Indiana Convention Center. The morning ceremony included the Schools of Dentistry, Education, Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Informatics, Law-Indianapolis, Medicine, Nursing, Physical Education and Tourism Management, Public and Environmental Affairs, Social Work, and the University Graduate School.
Schools that participated in the afternoon ceremony were Kelley School of Business, Continuing Studies, Engineering and Technology, Herron School of Art and Design, Journalism, Liberal Arts, Library and Information Science, and Science.
The Schools of Dentistry, Law-Indianapolis, and Medicine held recognition programs on Saturday, May 9, in the Convention Center. The Kelley School of Business graduate program held its ceremony on Sunday, May 10, immediately following the 10:00 a.m. University Commencement ceremony. All other schools helld recognition programs immediately following their respective University ceremonies on Sunday, May 10.
