Am I allowed to bring a guest to the Medical Reunion Weekend?
Yes.  All alumni and their guests are welcome to attend any of the events listed as part of the Weekend.  Alumni only need to pay one registration fee to cover their party’s registration.

When attending Medical Reunion Weekend, where should I park?
If your travel plans do not call for a stay at University Place Hotel, convenient self-parking is available in the Hotel’s parking structure, located below the Hotel and Conference Center.  The daily rate is $14.00.  Valet service is also available at the Hotel for $20.00 per day.

How can I get to campus?
IUPUI provides updated maps online at www.iupui.edu/maps.  Please feel free to download and print a campus map to help with your travels.  Most activities will be held in University Place Hotel and Conference Center, located at 850 West Michigan Street, Indianapolis.   For events off campus, transportation may be provided depending on specific need.

What can be done if I am a vegetarian or have food allergies?
For any special dietary needs, please call Michael in the Alumni Association office at (317) 274-5064 or toll-free (866) 267-3104 to explain your specific needs.  Much of the food is ordered and prepared ahead of the event, so an early response is appreciated to help fulfill your request. 

When will the class photos be taken and when will I receive my copy?
Class photos are taken before your class’ reunion dinner.  Photos will be delivered four to six weeks after the event.  To order a class photo, please indicate that you would like a photo on your registration form. 

I didn’t receive a registration form for reunion. What can I do to get another one?
Notify Michael in the Alumni Association office at (317) 274-5064 or toll-free (866) 267-3104, and he will get another registration form to you right away.  It is possible that we do not have correct information in your alumni record, so please be prepared to share your mailing address, phone number, and e-mail.
