Rain or Shine
The Student Organization for Alumni Relations (SOAR), the Central Indiana Chapter of the IU Alumni Association and the IUPUI Alumni Council are sponsoring an inaugural "IUPUI Regatta: A Canoe Race on the Downtown Canal."
